Our guide also includes guides for other crypto currencies but the process is essentially the same for most of them.
Since this page was originally written there have been many improvements in the quality of crypto wallets and dealing with managing your money.
Our recommendation is to use CoinBase ( go to https://www.coinbase.com/ ). Here you can easily buy and sell a wide range of the most popular (and less known) crypto currencies as well as earn Free Crypto by watching small tutorials with a little questionnaire at each stage. After you correctly answer the questions you are instantly rewarded with your crypto in that currency. These can then be converted, sold or left invested.
If you sign-up to CoinBase - you can skip the following instructions as having a wallet there will make all of the below processes far simpler.
After you have funded your CoinBase account, you can buy your chosen crypto currency (or you can choose a deposit method when buying).
When you're ready to deposit at a casino, simply follow the instructions and go back to your CoinBase account to send the crypto to the given address (we strongly advise copy and pasting the given address to avoid losing money!).
Often, you will need to keep the casino deposit window open whilst you send and leave it open until it says your deposit has been accepted. If you don't or your connection is lost - don't worry as usually it will be credited to your account anyway.
If you experience any problems or delays - go to the Live Chat at the casino and make sure you still have the copied address you sent to (or look it up in your wallet e.g. coinbase account to check this).
This is a very basic guide with a few links describing how to use BitCoins to fund a casino account. It is recommended that you read this guide fully and note that the options may be slightly different between different casinos but the purchase of BitCoins will generally be the same. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any of the information supplied here or from the pages linked to from here - this is purely a basic guide with some links to help those that may wish to try this virtual currency as opposed to more conventional cards or eWallets (some eWallets also can be funded using BitCoin). Bitcoin is a virtual currency used on the Internet. If you have not yet used Bitcoin, you can take a look at how it works here: https:///www.bitcoin.org/
Follow these steps:
1. How to buy Bitcoins:
a. Bitcoin ATM -> Bitcoin ATMs can be used to buy Bitcoins which are then transferred to a Bitcoin Wallet. https:///coinatmradar.com/
The following is recommended if you want to be able to buy and sell using your bank account and/or card and also be able to withdraw to them (or to Paypal for example).
b. Online Wallets -> Online Wallets enable you to open a Bitcoin account into which you can deposit, for example via bank transfer / card. Most Wallets require identification documents for deposits and withdrawals.
All info here: https://www.coinbase.com, (recommended for the most popular crypto currencies).
For USDC (USD Coin) you can try https://www.circle.com/en and https://www.bitstamp.net/,
2. Open a customer account at https://blockchain.info/. You can also view this without signing up but you need to sign-up if you wish to use it as a wallet.
3. Transfer Bitcoins from Online Wallets, LocalBitcoins, Bitcoin ATM to your blockchain.info customer account.
4. Use Bitcoins in your blockchain.info customer account to deposit into your Casino account.
5. Please do not close the window in the casino and wait for around 10 minutes until your deposit goes through (you should wait until it is completed). This can often be quicker than 10 minutes - many casinos will accept the deposit before it is fully complete on the blockchain.
Casinos recommended that you do not disclose the nature of your activity to your wallet provider.
Here are a few casinos that allow deposits and withdrawals with BitCoin, or see our full list of casinos accepting BitCoin (BTC)
