FYI crushers, my last transaction at this casino was a straight deposit - no bonus- but i was not able to redeem this chip. live chat said that they only allow one chip per account.... total -ever, and since i had already redeemed the $25 new player chip the "software won't allow a second chip".
i kind of doubt this. i think the problem has to do with the fact that i cashed out on the first chip- $50, which they did pay promptly via western union.
I was really impressed by that, and their reps seemed pretty cool too- also spoke with Rod once, told them they needed to get hooked up at Casino-crush, which they did! i was impreseed- but now.... not so much!

Same here ... I did cash out from free chip , but my last two transactions were straight deposits, and I could not redeem this coupon .I Spoke with help and was told the same, one free chip ever .
Strange rules for sure.
