Something strange with the software; was playing slots with my freebie and suddenly balance went down from 6.19 to 0.19 (???).
Sent 2 e-mails to support, but havent heard from them yet...
Had any experience with that, any of you?

Sorry to say, Percival, but yes. It happened to me several times for various amounts.
At first, I thought I was just real tired and had missed something.
At last, I knew what was missing. Small amounts of my money, adding up to a fairly large amount.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it COULD be a malfunction of which they are unaware.
Not giving them that benefit, color us both "suckers".
