You maybe are not new but maybe you never claimed this back when you signed up, or you have not deposited.

I deposit there just about every week but no..I never received a freebie when I signed up so maybe that is it... I know quite a few people who have gotten it also that are current members.

Call them with the code it worked for me honest and i am an old player never deposited too and got the 10 in 10 minutes Jeniffer answered my call at Everygame toll free numbers at the Everygame casino good luck i know i wrote this before but i wondered if people paid attention

You have never deposited you said. That is probably why you were able to get it, or you never claimed that particular bonus when you signed up.
