hello
i received invite in email so i logged in and no bonus...i went to live support and 30 dollars was added to my account . no problems. and i havent deposited in over a year or more. i use to deposit often.
just posting my experience.

Warning....
I tried to download Shark casino today..but every time i tried my Antivirus popped up and said it contained a Trojan!
I went to Live Support to let them know of the situation and they were already aware of the matter and are forwarding the issue to management.
I then ran my Antivirus through and WOW!!!..every RTG casino i have on my computer came up with a Trojan!!!
Please update your Antivirus and check that this has not happened to you.

Well after downloading shark casino yesterday
I ran my anti virus this morning and it says I have a Trojan so
it must be from this Casino with you saying that

I got the same email logged in and no free chip. Went 2 live chat and she said i had more bonuses then i had deposits so im not eligible? So why send me the dang email? Ive made lots of deposits here and never cashed out.
So they send me an email promising a free chip and give me a trojan, and no free chip? now WTF is that?

Having said this at one EzBoard, I'll post my reply here as well...
I could bet my a*# off that they're not actual trojans...
Some anti-spyware/virus programs just use heuristic detection and label many other normal programs as trojans too...
For example, try uninstalling a Cpays Casino (Playtech) while you have Antivir running and see what happens =)
