Closed - Expired Prizes - Monthly Giveaway!

THIS TOPIC HAS BEEN UPDATED FROM APRIL, THEN MAY TO BE USED FOR MAYBE ONCE MORE ONLY (UNLESS WE GET A WINNER!)

THIS WILL BE THE LAST MONTH OF RUNNING THIS CONTEST IF THE NOBODY REFERS 1 NEW MEMBER IN ORDER TO CLAIM THIS PRIZE - THEN ANY FURTHER EXPIRING PRIZES WILL NOW JUST EXPIRE AND NOT BE PUT BACK INTO THE POT (WE ARE STRUGGLING TO PAY OTHER PRIZES AND REALLY NEED EXTRA MEMBERS!)

Since 1st August 2022 we implemented a new rule (announced in June 2022) that any prizes for members that have not yet been paid (either because they do not have a valid Payment Method OR they had not reached the minimum $20 required for a payout) will expire IF the member has not logged in for 2 years or more.

This is so we can release these funds for prize money to be paid to Active members (both new and existing!)

Every month on 1st I will check for any such prizes and will Expire them and add them to our *Total Expired Prizes Pot* .. currently at $269 (as at 1st May 2023).

I have decided to even this out over 12 months and will take whatever the previous months Total Expired Prize Pot was on 1st and divide this by 12 to give our Current Month Expired Prize Pot.

Our Current Month Expired Prize Pot is ($269 / 12) = $22 in prizes!

Contest Prizes Draw / Rules:-

1. All forums rules regarding posting must be followed. 1 warning will be given by Private Message if you are found not to be doing this.

2. The first existing Crusher to successfully refer a genuinely NEW crusher, and complete the required parts in the Refer your friends topic (link above) will win 100% of the Current Month Expired pot (above). THIS IS ON TOP OF THE REFER A FRIEND TOPIC BONUSES

3. This extra Expired Prizes fund prize from this is only for the existing crusher that referred the new member - you can choose to share it 50/50 if you wish). The other prizes as per the refer a friend topic remain as posted (up to $15 each).


If there are no prize winners - then we will run the same contest again next month with the same prize fund until it has been won.

THIS PRIZE FUND WILL NO LONGER INCREASE - ANY FURTHER EXPIRING PRIZES WILL SIMPLY EXPIRE FROM NOW ON AND THEREFORE REDUCE THE AMOUNT OWING TO CRUSHERS THAT ARE NO LONGER ACTIVE IN THE FORUM.

You may continue to enter every month in this contest - it will be renewed with a new Current Month Expired Prize Pot and a different contest / mission

Dear Crushers,

As nobody referred any new members during April - I have just updated this topic to do the same for May.

The first member to complete the challenge this month will win the contest and then I'll be happy to run it again but if nobody refers anyone - then the expired prizes contest will be no more.
