I have been meaning to post a thumbs up for palace. Recently I received a where have you been email from them with some questions as to why I hadn't played there in a while. I had just been kind of disappointed and frankly P.O'ed about Grand Bays birthday deal. Palaces email was great in way of showing they appreciated my deposits even though it wasn't any great amount. In the past I had deposited with them no more than a hundred max and had gotten 2 $5 manager bonuses and now the email with the promise of another when I reply to questions. Now thinking about grand bay with my deposits with them at least 5 times the amount to palace and from I have gotten a match of $20 and a woo hoo 2 $5 from the birthday wheel spins and all with never a cashout ashamed to say. I say great for the non depositors who got big spins but my opinion.. how about a little some extra for the players without whose deposits they wouldn't of made it to that birthday and weren't just another closing casino. Palace did give me a bonus when I replied to the questions and it was $25 . WTG Palace !!! With the addition of their new games they will definitely be getting my depoists in the future.

I just wanted to reply to grand Bays birthday and some of the comments about not getting promos, except $5 spins on the wheel. Actually, every one who deposited in the past should have gotten a gift voucher in the us mail worth $100.00 and then a purchase $50 get $200 and after that through 4/27 25% back on all purchases. I am not a vip there or anything but I did get this in the mail and on the $50 for $200 I bet a little heavier than normal and got a royal flush paying $4,000. An hour later I was still holding my own, bumped the betting and Got another Royal, paying $8,000. Got up to $13,000 had to bet a little on slots to fufill the terms and cashed out $11,100. Money was in my us bank account 3 days later. The staff was great, the games were loose and they will be defineately be getting my deposits in the future.

Wow Thats great !!! Sucks that a place paying has to be an added benefit rather than just a given these days. As far as everyone getting a coupon mailed to them ....never got mine and this is first I even heard that everyone was to get one. Wish I had heard that because I would of emailed them or something. I think I still will email them and see what happens. I hope I'm wrong about Grand bay obviously I liked playing there or wouldn't of dropped so much there. Still think Palaces email was great. Update...Just got done chatting with CS and sorry to say no not every depositor got vouchers in fact some non depoistors even got them. Who got them was determined by a marketing company. Grand Bay obviously thinks that is good bussiness( and maybe it is..) otherwise they wouldn't of hired them and I'm sure approved the voucher promo. They really should of ran the voucher thing totally seperate and at a different time instead of part of the birthday promo then the birthady deal wouldn't have left me so disgusted. Although I could try to see it as a seperate deal still they should of been smarter and seen that someone like myself would view it as them happy to take my money but not invite me to the little voucher birthady party they had going. Gotta say makes me all the more happier you took them for a bundle. I hate sounding like one of those posters where after some big promo they see the light and realize the casino doesn't appreciate the fact I chose them to deposit and play. Bummer I am one of those posters now....WAH!!!

i didn't know GBand POC, were sisters casinos, im still waiting, on payout, i think its a shame they take so long , after they approve it, to payout. i talk to chat tue , and they said it takres up to 7 days after appling and 24 to 48 after approving, well its 7 days today. it only takes them seconds to take out of neteller , but its been a week, and stilll no payout. i think thats alful. ty josie46

hmmm, Josie. I hope you get your money, hun. Just keep on them. If they are saying they had 'a lot of winners this past two weeks', that to me says cashflow problems because more lose than win or else a casino couldn't stay in business. Just keep on them.

Getting off topic on the Grand bay thing.....yeah it is great that they sent out those vouchers, but for those (of us) that deposit there every so often, that is a big bummer. lol Makes ME not want to give them my money anymore. Perhaps the marketing company could have come up with an alternative plan...send out the $100 vouchers to paying customers and then smaller denominations to those that have maybe only signed up and played on freebies.
