I contacted Live Chat and this is what they told me:
Antoine: Some forums are giving out special promotions, the casino at this time does not have any no deposit promotions. If you signed up through a forum offering this promotion it would be automatically in your account by claiming it in the cashier under promotions

I signed up clicking the banner in your post, but there was nothing in the promotion part. Are other people getting this bonus?

Thanks for all of your help Annacris. I emailed them and I got an email back saying the $10 was there in the promotions for me. So, this time when I logged in the option for that promotion and others as well! So, I am off ot play!
