Ok, I think I found it. I went to the cashier section and saw a deposit option: WHITE CLUB BONUS COUPON.

I clicked on that option and received the following prompt:

The bonus coupon code was e-mailed you after registration.

Enter coupon code in the form below, and press the "Activate" button.
