Fill in the online form, you have to register a card and put a deposit amount, they will not take any money off you until you call them and place a bet. Once you have placed £20 in a single bet or a series of bets you will be credited with a £50 free bet (stake not returned).

I got my free bet credited and placed on the phone as I made the last bit of the £20 qualifying bet, and returns were back in my account within a couple of days.
