valeria i noticed that but for time being i marked canada and it was accepted.also last week i was on the phone with them for sometime,they knew who i was and obvious where i'm from (they have it on file) and they choose to ignor that....so it is up to you if want put in the effort.besides you are up in oregon that is practily canada already.you both get snow.

It would be shady to say the least and I am not sure about the legalities of doing that I think I will just pass.. not worth the risk for 40 cents hahaha

blush, believe me i was not thrilled in the least.they acctually did the password thing befor any mention of free pennys.after arguing with them for sometime about the password they wouldnt budge.they said they were concerned about hackers that is why the mandatory change...
