I just tried to sign up and was told I had an exsisting account. I don't with this casino but do with one of their sister casinos---- Jazz casino. So if you have an account with Jazz casino you cannot have one with this casino. there was like 3 other sister casinos listed but I wasn't paying much attention to the names of those once I saw Jazz casino ( because I know I have an account there)
