and was told that the promo is valid and that they are swamped...
I guess all we can do is us patience....LOL....

I tried to contact support today, the recording said that the casino staff was not available, that they were busy celebrating the launch of their new promotion...?! Then I read the promo page, it says the same, and that support would be unavailable until tomorrow at 5 EST....
I was trying to find out about a deposit bonus they said would be in my account by this morning but still hasn't been credited.
oh well, hope it's worth the wait. You have to hand it to them, they sure know how to generate anticipation and publicity!
