So you have to be the person who goes red and then pick the correct number? That would be very confusing for Geno and the players who went red would have to remember to pick a number. I don't know.

I'm very pleased to announce that I have taken win4maw's suggestion on board and we will be doing this from the start of next month (April 2017).

I have done a lot of new coding around our Bingo game to make the administration easier for this kind of thing ... and I can tell you also ... (and you will see at our next bingo session) ....

- When someone gets "First to Red" .... they will be instantly credited *.
-- Your game card will then be pushed down in your card window so you can ...
-- Pick your guess of the next number (only those not called yet will be available) ...
-- You will need to press the number you wish to pick and wait for it to be registered (a few seconds) ... and this will be automatically be shown in chat ...
-- And .... when the next number is called -- the winner(s) will be automatically calculated and shown in chat -- and I will then credit the winner(s) their prize(s) * before we continue with the rest of the game ...
* The prizes for this month will continue as CC-points for next number and first to red but next month it will be Bingo Points
-- Your bingo card window will then revert to normal so you can see everything as before.

Also, there is now a quick link on your bingo card window to the Rhyme Your Bingo Numbers new page where you can go and pick your numbers whilst I'm re-loading the balls for the next game

I would really like to use this for the rest of the month if those of you that haven't already tried out the new way (via the following link) to please go ahead and re-enter your rhyming bingo numbers (the same as you already chose please) ... here ...

I will also look into the possibility of you all choosing the number that will end the last (coverall) bingo game in a session but for now -- let's see how what I have done so far works

I have been testing everything with my 'test user' called anonymouse hehe and I believe that it should all work good -- but we will see on the day of course

Geno this sounds so cool and I'm sure will make your job so much easier. I have a couple questions about guessing next number. First - will two members be able to pick the same number as we sometimes do? and second - there currently are two prize levels, one for being closest and one for 'on the nose', will there be only one prize of a bingo point for closest OR on the nose or perhaps a bingo point for closest and a bingo point plus CC points if it is 'on the nose'?

I don't think someone should even get a bingo point for going red , than what is really the point of having a bingo. Someone could win the monthly prize and never even get a bingo , just from going red first. and also if they go red first than win the game is that 2 points for them plus what about lucky number that could be 3 points in 1 game. just asking thanks

Thanks for joining me on the slightly enhanced bingo games (mainly the new Pick next number part that now pops up where your game card normally is ..) .... I'm pleased to see it worked as it should and also helps quickly see who won (as the computer calculates it for me hehe) ...

All prizes were credited during the games except those for jokes and the cash prizes -- which I did straight after the session
