I would think it will take time for them to credit the accounts, so we all need to be patient.

since this was sent to everyone you can believe that they have been swamped with emails and accounts to credit. patience is the key here, just because you didn't get it the same day doesn't make it bogus, it just means they are busy.
the probably received an email from every account holder which I would imagine is a lot, if you got that many emails would you be able to get back to them that quick? I doubt it.
you will get it if you sent your info just wait.
