Growing up, we always went out a got a fresh tree. The past few years it has been difficult to get a fresh tree due to apartment size. But yes, Virginia, there are live trees in San Diego.

Merry Christmas, Crushers!
The typically independent-thinking Crushers have spoken! All had good points.
For me, the best choice is a living real tree that can be replanted after Christmas. Replanting it is almost as big a deal as decorating it! (I talk to it, too, reassuring it that I will take it home a hero! shhhhhh!)
I really don't mind cleaning up messes. I like to take dirty things and clean them up until they are squeaky clean. Come back here, Allight! Don't you run from me!!! LOL!
Our winners of CC's 5th Christmas Contest #20 are:
For $30 cash prize.......... kaykyl
For $30 cash prize.......... msfilly
Congratulations, Kaykyl and Msfilly! Merry Christmas to you both!
Crushers, we will announce more winners in approximately 24 hours!
