I have deposited before, but guess it was too long ago. NOthing for me. Good luck to all that get this. I like this casino, that is why I deposited there, but every time I try to redeem free chip it says Already Redeemed, but I know I haven't.

This happened to me too, but I sent them an e-mail asking if I was eligible for the november appreciation chip because i was a depositing player and i had redeemed the one for october or if i would have to make a deposit to get it. They sent me an e-mail letting me know they had credited my account!!

Send them an e-mail! It's worth a try and it worked for me!

hi i just talked to support and DEAN told me i deposit 90$ amd cashed 190 out with lots of free chips, i only had the 1 free chip, i told him he had me mixed up that was not my deposite the most i deposite is 20$, oh well so much for that , lol ty josie46
