The survey is supposedly only for depositors that are no longer playing at the casino. They are wanting to know why.

cirrus is sad.. they email me this survey... I didn't search them out, THEY emailed me and wasted my time with this crepe. how pathetic ....and why is live help so useless?

i have never deposited there and i got the $25.00 in my account. i didn't even get the e-mail. i just logged into the casino friday night and it was there. go figure, sorry for you all that didn't get it

I did their survey, the went to log on to the casino to see if the $25 had been credited. I found I was not allowed to log in. I guess they didn't like my answers to their questions! Somehow, I think I'll get over it.

Seems we can't make heads nor tails of some of these casinos lately, but they sure can make jackasses of themselves.
Keep a list of them, folks. Turnabout's fair play.
And REMEMBER: It's a small minority of the casinos that are anus apertures..........VERY small minority!
