I have an account at Cirrus and I am a banned state, unless they just stopped taking them, I believe they do accept them. I have even made a deposit here, after playing though, they money was credited back to my credit card so Im not sure whats going on with this one.

I spoke with support and was told they accept USA but not the banned states Maybe thats why they re-deposited your money .....
