Beware Of Virtual Casino Group

Beware of the virtual Casino Group, the outher day i got an email about a new code for the virtual group for new and existing players so i went onto the Win It casino ive played befor c and got the bonus. While playing i won a $3600 random jackpot and was suprized. keep playing for a couple of more days and tonight i contacted live support to ask about the playthrouhg and the person on the outher end was rude and told me i couldent cash anything out because i had gotten a free chip befor then he proceded to 0 my account and lock it out. If we are not aloud more than one chip we shouldent be able to redeam it in the first place , also i dont appresiate being talked to like a criminal. Beware of these Casinos

this casino is not high on any list thats for sure, however i think you have to have a deposit between chips there but i am not sure.... i dont even play free ships with this place anymore.....

That totally sucks Dr. Detroit! I'm sorry that happened to you. I for one cannot stand this group of casinos and I can't believe they are still operating! They have to have the shadiest record of any online gambling casino. And (next to Bet Royal) They are most definitely the rudest.

Anyways...this is the worst part...

A customer will be entitled to all winnings on a free chip, if he/she deposits at least $20 at the same time they redeem the free chip, otherwise he/she will be entitled to amount of the free chip itself.
So it would've had a 59$ max.cashout anyways if you didn't deposit...

All of this with the T&C about having to deposit would of been ok with me, in fact i had already summited the faxback and outher forms awhile back and i try to play by the rules. But to be so rude and to lock the account was uncalled for. all i was doing was asking a question but was treated like a bank robber. I have since uninstalled anything to do with the Virtual Group

yes i know, that was wrong of them, there were times they were good, i guess thy loose a lot of business then they turn around and behave for awhile then back to their tricks..... there are still good rtgs out there such as clubworldcasinos and inet....

the worst thing about this is they profit by keeping the winnings off the random progressive jackpot owell thats life, in my opion if you make a cash deposit at virtual casino thats what your cash is virtual. unlucky dr detroit

Virtual has had a bad reputation for a long time, over complicated by the fact they have so many different names, which adds confusion when people then create multiple accounts (thinking it's a different casino), and then they take your money, and only when you try to cash out - they will bring up the multiple account terms.
