August 2026 Daily Post-a-thon Contest - Today I Learned ...

Dear Crushers,

Here's our second of hopefully many more Daily Posting Contests!
We need more people taking part more often though

Please post your ideas in this Daily Contest Ideas topic for a chance to win $10 if one of your ideas is chosen and used!

In July 2026, karavan won $10 for this one which is our Post-a-thon contest for August 2026

"Today I Learned" – Share one interesting fact, tip, or piece of knowledge you learned that day.
- Post an interesting fact (maximum 1 per day) during the month up to a maximum of once per day for a maximum of 31 chances of winning.
- You must participate at least 10 times (on 10 different days) with different interesting facts to be eligible for the draw!
- We must have at least 10 different members participating for any prizes to be given. So bring some friends to CC

RULES:-
- Each member can post ONCE per day an interesting fact they learned that day.
- You must participate at least 10 times (on 10 different days) with different interesting facts to be eligible for the draw!
- Please do not post links to other websites, videos. Images can only be included as an attachment to your reply (this way they are stored on our server rather than relying on remote images which often cause problems).

PRIZE DRAW:-
- All eligible posts (maximum 1 per 24 hours) will be then entered into a random draw at the end of the month.
- Depending on the number of participating members prizes will be allocated as follows:-
-- Minimum of 1 prize of $10 for 1000 CCpoints if we have at least 10 members participating.
-- Minimum of 2 prizes of $10 for 1000 CCpoints each if we have between 20 members participating.
-- Minimum of 3 prizes of $10 for 1000 CCpoints each if we have more than 30 members participating.
- Each participating member can win a maximum of 1 prize per month in this contest.
- The member that won the prize for their idea may post in the contest but will not be eligible for a prize (they will be counted as a participating member with regard to the prize structure though)

With more and more participation from both new and existing members I will be able to increase these going forward
