I'm writing this message on behalf of my father in law, since his English isn't that good.
On May 1st he participated in the no deposit promotion of the Yachting Casino, met the wagering requirements and cashed out EUR 50,00 (the minimum and maximum amount to win with this promo). On the website the casino mentions that a withdrawal or redemption could take up to 5 days, but currently it's June 14th and the account-statement says the casino is still processing the redemption. They don't have a phone-number (which I find very strange), so I've sent several e-mails to them. Unfortunately, they have responded to none of them. Update: I first sent this message to the site admin (haven't got a response yet) and now the account has been deactivated. Can anyone help me?
