I'm writing this message on behalf of my father in law, since his English isn't that good.

On May 1st he participated in the no deposit promotion of the Yachting Casino, met the wagering requirements and cashed out EUR 50,00 (the minimum and maximum amount to win with this promo). On the website the casino mentions that a withdrawal or redemption could take up to 5 days, but currently it's June 14th and the account-statement says the casino is still processing the redemption. They don't have a phone-number (which I find very strange), so I've sent several e-mails to them. Unfortunately, they have responded to none of them. Just a heads up for Yachting Casino. I received the no deposit bonus on March 28. I cleared my WR and submitted my maximum $50 withdraw.

I received an email from Yachting Club Manager congratulating me on my withdraw. I then emailed them back because the withdraw did not ask me for any of my online banking info for Neteller, Firepay etc. The Manager then responded saying that it would be by cheque and mailed to me.

That was on March 28. To date, I have not received it (doesn't take 3 months to get to me even by mail). I have sent a dozen emails to them and have not received one response from them.

Just thought I'd let you know not to hold your breath for too long if u have a cash withdraw.
