Hi VanillaSkyHigh,
Do these four steps..

1. Hit Start, My Computer, C drive, Program files, and delete any file saying Giant Palace. Also delete any files of casinos that are no longer on you computer..

2. Hit Start, Search, All files and folders, Put Giant Palace in All or part of name, Look in local hard drives C and D, Press search after search is done delete all files showing.

3. Delete short cuts on desk top and in All program files. (Then empty trash)

4. Hit Start, Contol panel, Add and remove programs, Find Giant Palace press Remove and hit OK.

You can repeat for any casino shell you do not want on your computer.

Giant Vegas can't use USA players anymore so they sent me the email saying goodbye and they had already setup an account at Giant Palace in my name. I had deposited there many times and was one of my top 5 favorites

I have exact same problem as ajsandiego, same exact error messages & I to have windows me. This was also same problem I had with hype gaming casino that also uses same software. It it missing files in the download, I compared my download & the files with the same download I did at my parents on their computer & also my dad has xp but so does my mon and her computer also gives same error as mine. I gave up tring to figure it out & downloaded & registered on my dad's computer.

Just a note friends. THESE RUN ON XP OR BETTER. They will not run on Windows 98.. I had the same problem and contacted support and was told I had to have XP

i have windows xp and i had a problem getting past the loading page at the beginning with all of these software users. i got it to work by doing this.......... i hit ctrl ,alt,delete when the window pops up look under windows{this is where you can minimized,cascade,etc} and minimized my casino shell window, and waited a minute or so, then when i reclicked to bring it up, that fixed the problem.
