Can someone please tell me what the 11 banned states are? Vicky at Brandy is great and asked me if I knew. Maybe if I can get this info to her she may be able to help us out! Can someone please let me know?

Why does everything I read say all the US States? Does anyone have a good link I can check out to really find out about this new law?

this is the famous eleven state's not accept U.S. players, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin.

The 11 states being shut out by microgaming casinos are Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin. This is due to state laws passed in those states which are totally different than the bill which was recently passed by our federal government.

LMom, I live in NY, so I'm in the same boat. You can still make deposits and play at RTG Casinos of which there are several good ones. I don't hesitate to recommend Club USA Casino. So basically it really doesn't matter which state because the Bill was signed for I believe all but 2 states. Am I correct? Or is this Bill only so credit card companies cannot fund ccounts?
