I believe it is only the 11 state that are excluded & not all us players.

thats what i thought, i told them i was from ohio and they said i could notplay, all usa is banned, go figure....LOL

I have had an account here for quite some time. I have been doing the monthly vote promos. I did the votes for this month and sent my confirmations and was told I could no longer play at the casino because I am from the US. My account with them is not locked. I can log in to the casino and the forum. I think this is just a ploy to get all the votes they can then not have to honor the promo!!!!!! DONT VOTE!!!!! Even if you can get into your account you will not receive the bonuses.

Its true, they never emailed their depositors and told them USA was banned.
They just let you figure it out for yourself, and that way they get a bunch of votes they aren't entitled to.

I dont know all the details, but Brandy Casino has a new deal going on for US players. You can create a special account for US only. It will allow you to deposit and play. Still waiting to here if we will be eligible for the promos. I dont see why not, but you never know. I will post back when I get the details.

If they are going to let you play, then they will give you the vote bonus too. Everyone better hurry & go vote before the time passes on to November........ and if it does then november is a new vote & new no deposit bonus. GOOD LUCK 2 ALL!

They will let us play, but will only give DEPOSIT BONUSES!!!! I tried to get the vote bonus and I received an email stating US players only receive deposit bonuses, NO VOTE BONUS. You can try, they may just be mad at me. I sent them a pretty nasty email. I think they tricked people from US into voting and then did not honor their promo. I am still not locked out. I can still log in to the casino software and the forum.
