I am getting the exact same message that you're getting skinnyviking. I have never had trouble installing any casino. I still haven't had any reply from them either. I suppose when things settle down a bit there I'll hear from them, but how much do you want to bet the no deposit or the terms change by the time I am able to get it installed? LOL. WTG to those that were able to cashout with this promo. I hope everything goes well with your cash out.

ok, I could not install this either it would almost install but then error message mine sayin "DOWNLOADMANAGER.DLL is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL DeleteTimerEx.", anyhow, I went to my parents house and tried on my Dad's puter & everything installed great & software loaded good & fast. I went to the ffolder "HYPER" that is created durring the install & where all the files & folders for the casino are to check what all was there compared to mine at home & there is a lot of files and a few folders that were not created on mine at home. For those who can install the software but can not open the casino can try going to microsoft update and install any updated. There is a link on windows update page for the microsoft update. And for the rest I have not had a chance to do anything since I have came back from my parents but if I have any solutions I will re-post here soon............GOOD LUCK!

Wow Suziq. That was nice of you to type up those instructions. I got lost a little bit but that's because I just skimmed through it. If you are offering to others on how to get the registration window again, I would like to know. Can you really get all of the identifying info off of the registry to register again or am I way off base?

they are really swamped over this promo and they are working on it as efficently as humanly possible... from what i understand once you send your docs to them it will have to be approved then they will send your withdraw to accounting to be processed....so expect a few days wait to be on the safe side......
