My husband won a good amount last night and tried to cash out and he just got off live chat with them about why they won't pay out - they cited the reason posted above, that he wasn't sent the code via email

He's sad now but won't put his heart into his winnings until they are in his hand anymore ~ Goon

Beware, i won a total of nearly $1000 and tried to withdraw the money, after a while i received a email explaining that my withdraw had been denied. So I contacted live support and asked them why had my withdraw been denied?, where was it now? and/or who has it? Live support said because i did not receive the code via email, that meant i was not able to withdraw the money, so they deleted the whole $1000.


Speaking from an accounts point of view and just simply running a competent, company, i did ask live support what happened to the money, they just said it was deleted, at which i replied, you can't just delete the money, the money must be accounted for somewhere, so where is it? who has it?

Just think about it, what do you think they do with it?

The support person was completely unable to answer this quite simple question, and could only say, it was deleted, we can do that.

In my opinion, money can't just be deleted, because of my win, a genuine player could be losing instead of winning.
This means their payout percentage remains at their stated amount, but in reality it is not that figure at all, its less, so where does the money go?

Without any answers being produced from their live support, i have decided to never play at this casino, for the rest of my days on planet earth, and will not be too fussy about informing people of my experiences.

Boris that is why its very important to read all the terms and conditions when playing a free chip or a deposit bonus.

The terms strickly state, no cashouts unless the emailed promotion was sent to you.

Oh comrade, if i seem to remember rightly this strange issuing of free chips had no Terms and Conditions in any of the posts i have seen all over the internet,

How strange, you can't blame the casino right? how were they to know that lots of people would be entering the very complicated codes (10FREE) etc) all over the place, i mean how could they possibly think that would happen?

My question is, If everyone is not eligible, then why on earth is "everyone" able to use the damn code, just make it so that only the "chosen" ones can actually redeem it. Uh how hard would that be? I think it is a ploy, to get you there, then if you do win you may deposit in the hopes of being able to cash out, now they've got the money that you should have. And I also would like to know where the money goes, and how those tactics of just "deleting" it are within the "rules". I have never cashed out anywhere and I have spread the wealth so to speak amongst a lot of casinos, so I have no experience to speak of with regards to being paid, but it seems to me they are always willing to jump through a hoop for your deposit, but pay out seems to make them disappear and asking for your loyalty bonus'.
Well, it's probably just the nature of the beast, but I have so little to contribute to postings, that this one got me miffed enough to speak my piece.

Here here, the more i think about it, the more im absolutely certain its all a ploy, if you read my earlier posts you wil see i voice the some of the exact same concerns as you,

As for me from now on, im only playing microgamming casinos, at least they have some control of their payouts,

Playtech are definitely crooked, and now im certain RTG are too, just how can a casino give away free chips, and let everyone win vast amounts of money just like that, if they can do that, then they can obviously do the opposite, and have what you could call a "nobody wins anything today day"

One thing to remember, casino's have more experience than any of us, so there is not much that they do without knowing exactly what the out come will be, and that out come will always be in favour of the casino.
