Well there is a huge snag. This casino just informed me that I have an account with a sister casino and get no sign/up deposit bonus because of that! I sure wish they would tell me that in the terms and conditions...... Just spent my $25.00 budget and I get no bonus at all......

Im so sorry Vanilla, you lost your budget and did not get bonus.
It happens to me too once , I know how you feel. Some casinos consider a player a bonus abuser if they open account just to get sign up bonus.On the other hand I would not deposit more in casino I played and didn`t like it much. As for this casino, I would make 2 or 3 more deposits with no bonus and then ask them to reconsider my status and they would definitely change their mind and give you missing bonus, as in my case other casino did.

Hi all,

Further to Vanilla's disappointment (sorry but I can't see this in the terms) but we had a similar issue with a player at Flamingo Club Casino recently, and as such I have updated kaska's post to include a list of the 'sister' casinos that if you have already claimed a bonus out will mean you can not claim from 'online casino'.

I've suggested that this is made a lot more clear on their site, ideally showing the list as I couldn't see this on Flamingo Club's site last time I looked.
