i called and was told no bonus wrong advertised then contacted live support & they asked who sent the email & i told them casino tropez
& they said ok & credited me the $10

They need to know the e-mail came from casino tropez-their sister casino, then you'll receive the bonus. Don't forget the phrase "it's a winning season."
