July 2026 Post-a-thon Contest - Daily Goal Check-in Win $10

Dear Crushers,

Here's our first of hopefully many more Daily Posting Contests!

Please post your ideas in this Daily Contest Ideas topic for a chance to win $10 if one of your ideas is chosen and used!

In June 2026, karavan won $10 for posting lots of great ideas - and this month I have chosen this one:-

Daily Goal Check-In –
Post one daily goal for yourself and the next day post whether or not you achieved it that day AND ALSO share your next daily goal (in the same reply please)

RULES:-
- Each member can post ONCE per day with their GOAL FOR THAT DAY + if whether or not they achieved their previous days goal (you can repeat what your previous days goal was of course).
- You may include in your post why the goal is important to you
- You may include details of what helped you achieve your previous days goal or reasons why it was not achievable that time.
- Please do not post links to other websites, videos. Images can only be included as an attachment to your reply (this way they are stored on our server rather than relying on remote images which often cause problems).

PRIZE DRAW:-
- All eligible posts (maximum 1 per 24 hours) will be then entered into a random draw at the end of the month.
- Depending on the number of participating members prizes will be allocated as follows:-
-- Minimum of 1 prize of $10 for 1000 CCpoints if we have between 4 and 5 members participating.
-- Minimum of 2 prizes of $10 for 1000 CCpoints each if we have between 6 and 10 members participating.
-- Minimum of 3 prizes of $10 for 1000 CCpoints each if we have more than 10 members participating.
- Each participating member can win a maximum of 1 prize per month in this contest.

With more and more participation from both new and existing members I will be able to increase these going forward

STANDARD CONTESTS AND PRIZES TERMS APPLY

Last year, I was diagnosed as prediabetic, but I didn't do anything about it. The truth is, I was in denial.

Now I'm a full-blown diabetic, and I finally realized it was time to take my health seriously. My goal has been simple: get my blood sugar back into a healthy range, one day at a time.

I'm so grateful to say that over the past two weeks, my blood sugar numbers have been steadily coming down. I've been watching my carbs and sugar, and I'm already feeling so much better. It hasn't been perfect, but every healthy choice is a step in the right direction.

Thank you for the win, Geno! Your encouragement means more than you know.

If you're struggling with your health, don't give up. It's never too late to start making better choices. One small step can lead to a big change.

Woohoo!! Normal blood sugar after a meal should be under 180 mg/dL, and many of us strive for under 140. I just checked mine, and it was 137!!

My goal today was to get under 140, and I did it! Every small victory is a step in the right direction, and today I'm celebrating this one. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
