Someone asked about keeping track of how far along you are in your wagering requirements for the bonus... I always wonder about that also. So far, I've only gotten close enough one time for it to really be an issue, and I was playing at Cirrus then .
It was because I started with a hefty (for NDR) bonus of $41.
I never can get anywhere with the normal $10 or 15 NDR bonuses, but that time, I had it up to $500, and then it started going down a little, and that was when I thought about the wagering requirements deal.
Hadn't even crossed my mind before that - I guess I take these bonuses just for fun normally, never expect to win... But this time, it looked like it might be different, so I contacted support and asked how I was supposed to know where I was on the playthru requirements, and he figured it up and told me.
I asked how I could find that out for myself next time, and he said that was the only way to get it, by contacting support and asking them. Which seems odd to me, but that's the way they do it.
I didn't know if that was the way it was with all casinos, or if that's just Cirrus's way. I figured at most places, you could just look it up for yourself in your account history or somewhere.
I'd be interested to hear from others how it's done at other casinos, if anyone knows.
Oh, and on that Cirrus bonus, I ended up NOT cashing out by the way.
Couldn't believe what I did.
It was a free $41, I got up to $500 - playing KENO! (Took forever!)
Contacted support when I got up to about $500, found out I was about $550 through the approx. $1600 playthru requirement... so I just kept playing for a long time, got a scare when I went all the way down to almost $50 (which is about where I started!), but then went back up to about $250.
That was when I remembered the playthru again, so I went back to ask about it, and he said I had bet $2200, and $1600 was all that I needed to get to! (or some similar numbers).
SO I asked what the max cashout was; he said $205 - I don't know where they came up with that, but it sounded great to me, since I knew I was right around $200 right then. Actually thought I was still up to about $250, but when I went back to the Keno game, I saw my balance was really only about $185.
Soooo, can you guess what I did?
I made the REALLY bad decision to .... just play a little bit longer, you know, just to get up to the max allowed for cashing out, since I was almost there already... shouldn't be any problem, right?
WRONG! I kept playing, and you can guess what happened, went down to ZERO!
I couldn't believe I did that.
Never raised it a bit after I went back to it then. Never got back up to $200.
SO then I consoled myself by thinking I was glad that now I wasn't gonna have to go through the hassle of sending in ID verification, since support had told me that was required before I cashed out. Plus some other form he gave me a link to - probably the "faxback form" I've read about, but never seen, til now.
Wasn't looking forward to doing any of that, but yeah, I know, if you said you'd pay me $180 to do it, I'd do it in a second!
And I guess that's just what they told me, but I didn't do it after all.
If anyone can explain to me what the HECK I was thinking, feel free! lol
So the moral of this long story is?
Hm, maybe somethin' like whenever you gamble, be sure and tell someone else (someone more sensible than you -- or me, I mean!) what you're about to do - so they can stop you from doing it.
Haha - guess I still had fun with it!
Good luck all!

Hey Josie46- I just came back to this thread to fix something in my previous post. I just realized that was ConnectTo, not Cirrus, that I was talking about there. Too many "C" Casinos!
But since you posted after me and mentioned Cirrus in yours, I just decided to add another post, correcting myself in this one, instead of editing.
So in case it matters to anyone, that story I posted above wasn't when I was playing at Cirrus, like I said before, but when I was playing at ConnectTo Casino!
(I wish it were as easy to correct that last bad decision I made at ConnectTo as it was to correct that post!)
thanks

OH ALMOST forgot! Josie47, you asked about the code for the bonus. I'm not sure which ones are still good and all that , but I used Coupon Code M4PUP at ConnectTo for $41 NDR.
Then there was coupon code 77FREE at Cirrus. $77 NDR - wow!
Coupon code SUPER65 for $65 NDR I used at Club Player.
If you didn't use SUPER65, you could have used coupon code 60FREE for $60 NDR also (still can even, I think), and may be more from them, but right now, that's all I recall from ClubPlayer.
The other one I remember that had those large NDR bonuses was CoolCat - oh, and see what I mean? these all start with "C"! (That's "C" for Confusing too!)
At CoolCat, I used coupon code COOLCAT50 for $50 NDR.
I hope all of those are still good, but it is possible any of 'em are expired, so keep it in mind... Believe all those I mentioned are new players only and subject to terms blah blah blah...
If I think of any more, I'll post 'em!
GOOD LUCK!
