Hello, imconfsd,
Please can you tell me which web browser you are using (Chrome ? Microsoft Internet Explorer ? Microsoft Edge ? Mozilla ?)
As most of our games are Flash - you need to be using a browser that supports Flash games. Chrome browser does support Flash games, some others do not.
If at all possible, please take a screen-shot of the error and send it to me, including what game specifically you are trying to play.
