Well being an old Montana girl... I guess out of all the things I have bbq'd the BEST I ever ate was buffalo!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmmm better than beef any day of the week. Sides have to be potato or macaroni salad, corn on the cob. If you ever get the chance try some buffalo... venison is good too but since it is a much dryer meat you have to marinate and cook slow.
Fish with butter and lemon slices in tinfoil is wonderful on the bbq too! Any kind of fish

AND IT HAS TO GO ON A SESAME SEED BUN.

Well, Italy is known all over the world for her food. Italian people like bbq and favourite time is Spring. We are hundreds of recipes, but i'll write you one of them. It is very simple and good.

Lemon Citrus Chicken

Use this recipe for 1 whole chicken, halved or whole:

1/2 cup butter - 1 stick
Juice from 2 small lemons
2 Tbs lemon zest
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot sauce

Combines all ingredients in stainless steel pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Can be used immediately.

Rub down chicken with olive oil (light) and then sprinkle with fresh ground pepper (this is in addition to the pepper in the recipe above). Bring pit temperature to 350 degrees F. Place chicken on the pit on the side away from the fire (indirect cooking). After 30-45 minutes begin basting chicken every 15 minutes until done. Chicken is done when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reaches 160 degrees (prefered method) or the juices run clear.

Remove from the grill and allow to 'rest' for 10 minutes before serving.

i love to eat bbq'd porkchops....after baking them for a fewin the oven in marinade, i then throw them on grill, i like to make sure my meat is done .
yea no one really allows me to grill food for i usually jerky it.

The best one I had was when I took boneless chicken breasts and vegies and wrapped them in foil and bbq'd them. It was so temder and juicy!

I dont have a food but an awesome margarita I use 1/2 pint of jose cuervo
juice from 5 limes,blue otter pops about 10 of them and ice cubes blend in a blender well and rim the glass with salt! awesome!!!!!!!

Can't have a barbecue with out the drinks.... Please pass me a Margarita!!!
