Any unregistered but potentially eligible players are just shown as '?XY?' where XY is their initials only and the casino name and country. Dear Crushers,

It appears that the feed that creates our scoreboard hasn't been working correctly since they upgraded their site some time during June.

The scores showing on the scoreboard (and any emails that have gone out so far) are incorrect and should be ignored.

Our contacts at Casino Rewards are looking into this issue now and we will need to go through a process to get the full and final scores for everyone before we can give away the correct prizes.

Whilst we are waiting on this, we are holding back the contest for July also because I want to be sure everything is fixed before we continue further.

I'm very sorry about this delay which is beyond our control. Rest assured we will get it resolved in one way or another and aiming to get this done as soon as we can (but please don't expect this to be done before around the middle of the month as it seems there is quite a bit of techy stuff to look into).

Dear all,

I'm very sorry but it seems that it is going to take forever to get the full result and so I think the only really fair thing to do is pay the prizes with the last scores we had.

I'm sorry this will probably upset some people but well this has gone on too long.

We have fixed the problem now but I want to check it with August data fully and make sure everything is set up 100% before we hopefully re-launch it in September.

The prizes from the leaderboard will be added to the Contests Wins pages shortly.
