I got basically the same message from Win Palace also.

wll I redownloaded the casino and the offers are match bonuses but that I got a pop up to go to chat and so I did and she told me about the same deposit bonuses I said I could deposit right now and had hoped that maybe it wa a small free chip. She said I will give you one. I said cool and then looked they gave me $37 to play with so it just goes to show it never hurts to ask.
