I never did like eggs for munching on and neither dd any off my family, so the pesky things used to be boiled, painted, plated with and then instead of just throwing them away, we had a game of tennis with them when we had finished and thereby converting them into scrambled eggs.

Well I make a lot of SOS and eggs benedict for breakfast. Only time we get a lot of that heheh.. then everyone loves hard boiled eggs and egg salad sandwiches so we don't have much of a problem finishing them off. There are 5 or 6 people around at all times and we usually don't make more than a dozen or two eggs.
