I am Cancer on the cusp of Gemini I have all the good on both.. they both fit me when combined pretty much.. with a little aries as my rising sign (I think been so long)

My birthday is September 23. I was told that I'm on a cusp; being at the end of one and the beginning of another. Some charts say I am a Virgo, while more of them say I am a Libra. Perhaps that is why I get confused so often?
