I have never played at this casino before. I tried going in to view their video poker games to see which ones they have. I wasn't able to do that. when wild on, first came up on site i tried for the 50& chip and it did not give it to me. dont know why , i must have did something wrong. but im having real problems, with puter bootup, so im not downloading anything now.im running xp and we triedeverthing shot of a new harddrive. ty all and goodluck josie46

Go to live help and talk with them. They can bypass it.

Hi Kdal29, I had the same problem with my 2nd deposit. I contacted live support and they changed it for me, they will also give you your own personal code to use for the tour. It does take about 3-5 minutes for them to manually fix your account so it will be back to normal.

I had the same problem with my first deposit with them. I contacted the live help and they resolved in a minute the problem. Now i can deposit without problems.
