I've received an email from our contacts now..

This bonus IS now fully active (there were apparently some technical issues which have now been resolved).

Everyone that is eligible will automatically be credited from now on. I cannot accept any further to check-up on with the casino because it simply takes too much time and most not credited automatically are coming back ineligible (due to country or player status).

I didn't get the bonus, so I asked Support and this is what he said:



Albert: The Casino itself does not have a no deposit bonus for new players at this time. However, there are some affiliate websites that do offer bonuses to players that sign up through their site.

Albert: This bonus is only for players that signed up through the official link of those affiliates. If you sign up through a site that is officially offering a bonus, it will automatically be available for you to claim in the cashier under "claim promotion".

Albert: As our records show, you did not signup through a website that is officially offering a bonus at this casino, which is why you do not qualify for a no deposit sign up bonus at this time.

Albert: I would advise you to contact the webmaster of the website you saw this promotion on.

Oh, and I meant to add that I signed up using the banner ad in the original post on this thread.

I have contacted our affiliate manager to ask why some did not get it - and waiting to hear back.

I suspect any that don't get it may have other accounts that Rival deemed bonus ineligible. However, support should be aware that this should be available to our members and hopefully I'll hear back soon.

CC is not the only forum having problems, I am also. I had my banner up and the free bonus was not in the cashier and support telling my members that I am not a affiliated with them. Pffffft

i was told this site not autorized or affiliated no bonus, and asked to have banners removed

I got $50 on sign up. No problems. It was sitting in my promotions.
