I already said this somewhere else in this forum but thought it worth mentioning here.

I took the £30 no deposit bonus, made the playthrough, and tried to withdraw, it said i needed to deposit £25 in order for me to withdraw, so i did.

I then withdrew the £150 maximum allowable from the no deposit bonus, and lost my £25 i deposited.

I go in to the lobby today and i have no promotions available, no 1st or 2nd deposit bonuses, just absolutely nothing

Well i requested the withdrawal yesterday, and got them to flush it for me, as yet they haven't asked me for documents or anything, so i don't know whats happening, i hope they do pay it, but i am yet to hear anything from them
