I very much suspect if you download and register your account (I expect this is for New Players only).. then you will find if you go into the Mad Hatters Slot that you have 30 free spins waiting there to be played.
However, I have sent this off to our contact just in case as support should definitely be made aware that what they are saying is inconsistent with website offer.
