its not a big amount but if you get a jackpot spin but no winnings than the casino tells you its like the first and second spins showed in one screen so you didn't win that is a big bug and not fair at all and the casino wont even bring me back to my balance before it happened

as you say its not a big win its the principal....it could have been a much bigger amount that you lost...fact it wasn't a big amount makes you wonder why they did noy just credit you the amount it shoulf have paid

exactly that was my point with them if it is a bug in their system or microgaming that made 2 screens appear in 1 screen than how trustworthy is this. Its about 2.50 win but still it is the principal

yep just got a reply from Dominic they support saying its not a thing of not paying you it has to be investigated first by our sorftware provider. COME ON its about 2.25 or so you are going to tell me until they investigate they can't compensate me with a freebie or something since i have spent so much $$$$$ moneey there thounsand

You have made your point - ok..

This is standard procedure for a casino to investigate fully before paying out. If they were to automatically pay on everyone's claim of a few dollars (good depositor or not), then they may well end up sending out money that they shouldn't have.

I would be happy to know that, for such a small amount (as it was probably less than a dollar winning), that they are investigating the problem you had and taking it seriously.

Unfortunately, they have to be strict on claims - in order to protect both their business and of course their customers.

I'm sure if you let them complete their investigation then it will be fine and they might even give you more once they've done that for your patience (if indeed, you are patient).

I'm going to lock this topic because I don't think it's fair to call Dash Casino bad just because of this. It's almost unheard of to get an error in Microgaming so when support are advised of one - they have to take the correct steps and this will take time.

Please do not create another topic on this to continue it as it will be removed- your point has been made very clearly and I now ask you to wait to hear back from them (as per the email I already sent you).
