Hi, you can only get the free 20 if you complete your profile and then register your card. I dont have a card, and play with Ukash. I cacted live help and they were really helpfull and gave me the 20 free bonus anyway. So go to live help, get your bonus if you dont have a card. They did suggest I make a deposit and then theyd give me the bonus, except I thought it doesn't sound a very "nd bonus", but all sorted now.
