Thanks for the copy of your chat, but it does clearly state on their banner they offer 10.00 FREE...I stand by my post...

If you want to address your concerns to a CC Staff Member then please feel free to PM anyone of them...

they MAY have it on their banner, but they aren't honouring it..he clearly says so

So, my recommendation (even tough the post here may be in good faith) is to not bother. Regardless of the banner saying they do, if a rep is saying they will not honour it, there's just no point in wasting your time GL though though in your hunts
