These are the ones that worked for me.... so when its your birthday dont forget you ask and just maybe you shall receive and i would suggest sending polite email to support... asking them about a birthday bonus....

I sent emails on my birthday too, I received a mostly declines, but I know that I got 2 or 3. I figure that it never hurts to ask!!

how long did it take for inetbet i emailed them and i still havent heard anything

I have only been a very, very small depositer at inetbet and maybe that is why I never heard anything back from them after my bday bonus request email, even sent a follow up email...but nada, no inetbet present to unwrap.

How did your Everygame request work out? I hope you got the bonus!, and lots of other ones too!
