Where do you find this survey? Was it sent to you or is it somewhere on their site? Maybe my head isn't working today, but I couldn't find it.

I took a survey there sometime last year and I called and asked them about that. They credited my account $10 right away!! 
I am totally broke this weekend, so that was a really good thing!

everyone who got it great i have learned one thing with Everygame and i deposit all the time if you want a bonus call the sports book not the casino. i have never cashed out and i get goodwill bonuses after i deposit if i call the sportsbook. gl all and remeber have fun.
