Mel looks like they are advertising buy not honoring the promo ad's on the site, both SlotsVillage and Winward.
Registered and spoke via live help to a rep, said the promo is not running no more they need to update the site's still.

Guys and gals,
I've updated the banners for these now so anyone new signing up from now on should be just fine
