OK, please please don't be mad, but I know I signed up after March, BUT I don't know if I signed up through a CC banner or not. I am pretty sure that I did, but honestly can't remember. Is there any way to tell? Can I contact Everygame support??

Hi anneandalan, I'm not 100% positive but since you just joined CC in August of this year that even if you did sign up under another sites banner prior to becoming a member here, you would still qualify. I'll double check with Geno and either he or I will let you know. (hopefully later on today)
Hi Slotmom, please go to the red section above and click on "CC Points Redeems" then click on the drop down box and find the redeem you would like to use. (Please make sure that none of the deposits have bonuses attached to them and that all qualifying deposits were made within the last 4 weeks) If not, you will lose your CC points. Customer Service will be able to tell you for sure what qualifies and what doesn't and their toll-free numbers for USA are: 1-866-54-WAGER, 1-866-546-0406 or 1-888-536-6366

I have spent days searching for the answer to this question so I wouldn't have to do this but.... please can you tell me how can i get my CC points up. I wanted to redeem an offer but my points are too low?
I've clicked everything and every game link up top. Joined everything I could and don't know what else to do. Please forgive me if this is a rather obvious question I really did try
