Just to add my two cents on the matter- I have heard nothing about the spins. I get emails on a fairly regular basis offering match deposit bonuses, but that's about it. I've deposited there weekly for months upon months, and I can't recall ever getting a plain old bonus. Don't get me wrong, I love the group, cashed out once, and my card always works-but their comp system isn't quite that of other casinos. Hopefully they're just overwhelmed right now & they get the wheel up and running-it may not be a fortune but it's something fun to look foward to. Happy gaming, all!

well, let's see then, if none of us regular depositers get the email for the free spins that means none of us are on their promotions list. so i wonder just WHO is... hmmmm.

and i do get the emails every day for deposit bonuses ,and i know i'm not on the promo list for sure.

Well it seems this promo is only for customers who make a certain amount of deposits per month..............wth?
That is not what I call customer appreciation.
What if all us unimportant customers who deposit a small amount weekly decide not to deposit anymore???

When I asked if I was on the promotions list they told me, yes i was. They also said if we are getting the daily email promos that are sent that means we are on the list...WTF??
manic, this means you are NOT blacklisted...from what i can tell.
So if we are on the promotions list then why didn't we get the invite???
Like i said earlier, i think every person who has a problem with the way this is being handled should contact ecogra..they did put their seal of approval on this promotion. That seal mean that this promo is being handled fairly and ethically..if it isn't they really need to know. Ive already contacted them. I am waiting for a response now.

I know that I have to e-mail every time that I make a deposit to see if there are any promos on deposits ... I have asked several times to be added to the

I have been reading about a lot of people upset about not getting to spin the wheel, and not hearing of one person who did. I am a regular depositer also (about $1000 a month) and I have not been able to spin the wheel also. I have been searching the net for a while now looking and reading trying to find about someone (anyone) who had gotten to spin the wheel, and I have not found one person yet. It does seem a bit strange.

thanks for posting ....This is exactly what I am saying...I cannot find one person who received this invite..not one! They are saying all invites were sent...something isn't right...dont really know what we can do but it is obvious at this point....i have contacted ecogra but still no reply..ugh

I have also contacted ecogra because there are so many different stories and I do see all of the different responses from support. Hopefully this works out good and questions get solid answers soon.

Also I wanted to address the person who said something about whining..
I guess it might look like I am whining about this a bit much, but really I am not complaining about this because "I didn't get a free spin" ..I am "whining" because no one here has received a free spin. Logic tells me that it is more likely than not that the emails have not gone out yet. If they had gone out, someone here would have raised their arm and said "I got one" and nobody has. I was being told all week..they had gone out, no more were going to go out, etc..and I was thinking..hey they can't say they sent out invites when they didn't...
If anyone here gets an invite for that wheel I will be soooo happy, because then I know that at least one went out ..LoL

At this point it has nothing to do with a free $10, it is about a fair promotion, and how the casino conducts and treats it's customers. It seem's to me the casino is running a crappy, crooked promotion and they got caught. (again)

We all seem to be regular, loyal players and depositors here and not sure why preferance is given to someone who deposits more, our moey is all the same......

I meant our money is all the same!!

I might as well put my 2 cents in...hehe what I think they should do is this, why not give everyone a chance to spin the wheel, and have it be like the wheel of fortune, have a zero win to lets say $100, but give every member a chance!

Everyone, shoot I'll be happy if I just here one person say they got to spin the wheel the way things are going.
