I am in Florida, not one of the banned states. I couldn't log in so I contacted support and they told me it was because I used a free chip and I would need to make a deposit before I could log in. So....I said ok, but I can't log in to make a deposit, so if I make a deposit on the casino main site, how long will it be before I can log in? That was last night and I am still waiting for an answer!! NO actually, I waited a long time before I realized they logged off. No Answer. They saved me from making another deposit at Prism.
